1. What this policy covers
This covers www.new-dynamics.com, the public marketing and resource website. The New Dynamics application runs separately at app.new-dynamics.com and is governed by the agreement for that service, so nothing here describes it.
Read this with our privacy notice, which explains what information we collect through the forms on this site and the lawful basis for each use.
2. What is stored, and when
Nothing optional is stored until you choose. Before you answer the banner, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie exists.
- Your choice itself: one entry in your browser’s local storage, named
folium-consent, holding either “accepted” or “declined”. It is how the banner knows not to ask again. It is not a cookie and is not sent to us. - Google Analytics, only after you accept: cookies beginning
_ga, used to count visits and tell a returning browser from a new one. - PostHog, only after you accept and only where configured: product analytics covering page views and interaction events such as a demo button click or a resource request.
Form field values, including names, email addresses and free-text answers, are excluded from the events we send to either provider.
3. Changing your mind
Select Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. The banner returns and you can accept or decline again.
Declining does three things: it tells Google Analytics that analytics storage is denied, it opts PostHog out of capturing, and it deletes the _ga cookies already in your browser. The page then reloads so nothing carries over from before the refusal.
4. Controls in your browser
You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings, and you can browse in a private window so nothing is kept after you close it. Every page on this site, and the guide and template downloads, work with cookies blocked.
If you clear your browser storage, your recorded choice goes with it and the banner asks again on your next visit.
5. What we do not do
We set no advertising cookies. Even when you accept analytics, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are all set to denied, and Google signals is switched off, so your visit is not used to build an advertising profile or to follow you to other sites.
We do not sell information collected through this website, and we do not use these cookies to make decisions about individuals.
